Students must complete the required online research ethics course.

Students must satisfy at least one of the following language requirements:

• Obtain a qualifying TOPIK score or an approved English language test score listed in the table below, and submit the official score report by email within the designated period.
• Complete the graduate school’s Alternative Course for the Foreign Language Examination for Thesis Submission Eligibility.
• Pass the departmental foreign language examination with a score of 60 or above.

* The departmental foreign language examination is held twice a year. Detailed schedules will be announced separately. The examinations are generally expected to take place in February and August each year.

* Thesis-track students must complete the 3-credit course Research Ethics and Research Project (연구윤리 및 연구과제).

Regardless of whether students choose the Coursework Track or the Thesis Track, their completed credits must meet the following requirements:

Courses classified as 부전공 (Minor Courses): A maximum of 6 credits may be counted.

Students must satisfy all other graduation requirements prescribed by the university and the department, as specified in the relevant announcements.

For example, students must complete all mandatory education programs required by the university, including sexual harassment prevention education and violence prevention education.
