1. Integrated Application Form Complete the designated form
2. Original Alien Registration Card (ARC)  
3. Copy of Passport  
4. Certificate of Attendance (Korean) ★ Available through online issuance or at the Comprehensive Service Center (N10, Room 106)
※ Online issuance: GaesinNuri(개신누리) → Student Service Menu(학생서비스메뉴)
    → Certificate Issuance(증명서 발급신청) → Internet Certificate Issuance(인터넷증명서 발급)
5. Academic Transcript (Korean)
6. Certificate of Tuition Payment (Korean)
7. Proof of Residence
(※ The address must match the one listed on the back of your Alien Registration Card.)
Submit one of the following:
1) Dormitory Residence Confirmation
2) Copy of Housing Lease Agreement (if your name is on the contract)
3) Confirmation of Residence Provided(if your name is not on the contract)
     + Copy of the Provider’s Lease Agreement + Copy of the Provider’s ID Card
8. Processing Fee: 60,000 KRW Only cash
Students with
Low Academic Performance
(Only for GPA below 2.0 / Grade C)
★ Bank Balance Certificate under your name issued by a Korean bank
(※ Must be issued within 30 days
from the submission date to the administrative office.)
For 6 months → More than 7,400,000 KRW
For 1 year → More than 8,000,000 KRW
Statement of Reasons
Provide a detailed explanation for low academic performance
(e.g., self-introduction, reasons for low GPA, study plan, etc.)
Complete the designated form
Additional Documents for Students Exceeding 8 Semesters ★ Bank Balance Certificate under your name issued by a Korean bank For 6 months → More than 7,400,000 KRW
Confirmation for Extended Semester Students
 (For cases such as insufficient credits or incomplete required courses)
Complete the designated form
Statement of Reasons
Provide detailed explanations
(e.g., insufficient credits, incomplete required courses, thesis not passed, etc.)

Stricter screening applies to students with a GPA below 2.0 for two consecutive semesters. Students with low academic performance or extended semesters:
- If your GPA is significantly low, the Immigration Office may request additional supporting documents during the review process.
(e.g., Bank transaction history for the past 6 months, etc.)
