Notice on Semester Start Dates

1. The fall semester normally begins on September 1. If September 1 falls on a working day, the semester begins on that day.

2. If September 1 falls on a weekend, the start date will be postponed to the next working day. For example, if September 1 is a Saturday and September 2 is a Sunday, the semester will begin on Monday, September 3.

3. If September 1 is a public holiday, the start date will also be postponed to the next working day.

4. The spring semester normally begins on March 1. If March 1 falls on a weekend or public holiday, the start date will be postponed to the next working day according to the same rules above.

학기 개강일 안내

1. 가을학기 개강일은 원칙적으로 9월 1일입니다. 9월 1일이 평일인 경우에는 당일에 개강합니다.

2. 9월 1일이 주말인 경우에는 다음 평일까지 개강일이 연기됩니다. 예를 들어 9월 1일이 토요일이고 9월 2일이 일요일인 경우, 9월 3일 월요일에 개강합니다.

3. 9월 1일이 공휴일인 경우에도 다음 평일까지 개강일이 연기됩니다.

4. 봄학기 개강일은 원칙적으로 3월 1일입니다. 3월 1일이 주말 또는 공휴일인 경우에는 위와 동일한 기준에 따라 다음 평일까지 개강일이 연기됩니다.

1. 秋季学期开学日期原则上为9月1日。如果9月1日为工作日，则当天开学。

2. 如果9月1日为周末，开学日期顺延至下一个工作日。例如，9月1日为星期六、9月2日为星期日，则9月3日星期一开学。
